Who is responsible
IbtikarZ is a founder-led website growth studio operated by Muhammad Abdullah Shah. Privacy questions can be sent to abdullah@ibtikarz.com.
Information submitted through forms
Forms may collect your name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, public website URL, selected service, budget, business goal and the message you provide. Hidden fields may record a lead ID, submission time, device category, landing page, conversion page, referrer, campaign parameters and market.
Why the information is used
- To respond to enquiries and website-checkup requests.
- To provide requested resources and relevant follow-up where consent was given.
- To understand which website pages and campaigns produce enquiries.
- To protect forms from spam and maintain service records.
Forms and storage
The website uses Netlify hosting and Netlify Forms to receive and store submissions and issue notifications. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, identity documents or sensitive applicant records through these public forms.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are used only after analytics consent is granted. They help measure visits, page use, interactions and successful lead actions. Advertising storage and personalized-ad signals are disabled in the website configuration. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and choose Necessary only.
Email and WhatsApp
If you contact IbtikarZ by email or WhatsApp, those providers process the communication under their own terms. Contact details are used to reply, qualify the request and manage reasonable follow-up.
Retention
Lead information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, business records, legitimate follow-up and legal obligations. Irrelevant or spam submissions may be removed sooner.
Sharing
IbtikarZ does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by hosting, analytics, email and communication providers needed to operate the website and respond to requests.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. You may also withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings.
