IbtikarZ: building the lead system before claiming the results.

The starting point was a domain and an agency offer, but no complete measurement-to-follow-up system. This case study records what was implemented and clearly labels the outcomes still being tracked.

System implemented Tracking after launch Founder-led build

The business problem

A polished homepage is not automatically a lead-generation system. IbtikarZ needed a clear offer, reliable enquiry capture, authenticated business communication, source tracking and a disciplined way to distinguish website activity from qualified opportunities.

Starting baseline: the domain was owned, but there was no mature conversion baseline. The responsible case-study claim is that the system was implemented—not that it had already produced a specific conversion lift.

The strategic decisions

  1. Keep the front-end offer understandable. Website packages remain visible for high-intent buyers, while the free website checkup creates a lower-risk first step.
  2. Measure before major optimization. GA4, Clarity, consent and conversion events were installed before Phase 2 expansion.
  3. Use confirmed form success as the lead event. The generate_lead event fires only after Netlify confirms a successful submission.
  4. Capture attribution with the lead. UTM values, referrer, landing page, conversion page, market, device and selected service are submitted with each request.
  5. Publish useful proof. The Growth Lab exposes the framework instead of relying on vague claims.

What was implemented

  • Responsive static homepage deployed through GitHub and Netlify.
  • Custom domain, HTTPS, apex-domain routing and security headers.
  • Business email with SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication passing.
  • Netlify Forms storage and enquiry notifications.
  • Robots file, XML sitemap, canonical URL and structured-data foundation.
  • GA4 and Microsoft Clarity with an analytics-consent preference.
  • Form-start, successful-submission, package, service, WhatsApp, booking and content-download events.
  • A stable lead ID plus source and campaign fields for follow-up.
  • Growth Lab scorecard, dedicated services, Insights and checkup funnel.

Implementation timeline

  1. Foundation

Domain, Netlify deployment, HTTPS, email authentication and working lead notification.

  2. Search readiness

Robots, sitemap, canonical setup and baseline security headers.

  3. Measurement

GA4, Clarity, consent, interaction events and attribution capture.

  4. Inbound expansion

Free checkup, useful tools, service pages, niche relevance and educational content.

  5. Continuous improvement

Review real behaviour, lead quality and sales outcomes before making stronger claims.

Results and limitations

The technical and content systems listed above are implemented. Traffic, checkup conversion rate, qualified lead rate, proposal rate and won revenue require post-launch data. Those figures will be published only when the sample is meaningful and the records can support the claim.

What this demonstrates

IbtikarZ can connect website strategy, development, technical search foundations, lead capture, analytics and follow-up thinking in one practical system. It does not demonstrate guaranteed leads or rankings, because those depend on traffic, market, offer, execution and time.
